how can i request new apple card ?

To request a new Apple Card, open the Wallet app on your iPhone, tap Apple Card , then tap the more/three-dots button and choose Request Replacement Card for a damaged, lost, or stolen titanium card. Apple’s support page also says you can request a replacement from iPhone or iPad, and if both your iPhone and titanium card are missing, you can call Goldman Sachs at 877-255-5923.

Steps on iPhone

1. Open Wallet.
2. Tap Apple Card.
3. Tap the more button.
4. Scroll to Physical Card.
5. Tap Request Replacement Card and follow the prompts.

On iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
3. Tap Apple Card.
4. Under Physical Card , tap Request Replacement Card.

If you meant a new card number

If you want a new Apple Card number instead of a replacement physical card, Apple says to open Wallet , tap Apple Card , tap the more/three- dots button, authenticate, then go to Card Information and tap Request New Card Number.

Helpful note

Apple’s support also says the titanium Apple Card itself does not carry the card number, expiration date, or security code; that information is stored securely on your device.
