To check the order status for items ordered with Absolute Pet, open your order confirmation email and click the blue “View My Order” button to get your tracking number(s). Absolute Pet says tracking numbers are usually available 1–2 business days after the order is placed, and if tracking still shows “Unavailable” or “Pre-Shipment,” you should check again later because updates can take time.
