To reset an age verification on Roblox, open Settings , go to Account Info , find your birthday/age group, and tap Reset , then Continue to redo the check. Roblox says this can only be undone once per account.

On mobile or desktop

• Mobile: Tap the menu icon, then Settings.
• Desktop: Click the gear icon, then Settings.
• Open Account Info.
• Scroll to your birthday and age group.
• Tap Reset , confirm with Continue , and follow the age-check steps again.

Important notes

• This is meant for fixing a mistaken age check, not for bypassing age rules.

• If a parent manages the account, the change may need to be done through Parental Controls instead.

• Since Roblox only allows the reset once, make sure the birthday you enter is correct before confirming.

What to expect

After you confirm, Roblox will ask you to verify again, either with camera- based age estimation or ID, depending on what the account previously used. The age-check status is then updated based on that second verification.
