You reveal Forest Minions by placing a DOTS Projector near a nest in the Cursed Hollow event. If a minion is there, it will briefly appear under the DOTS and then hop away.
Quick steps
- Find a nest area on an event map.
- Place any DOTS Projector near the nest, ideally aimed directly at it.
- Watch for a small creature moving under the green light.
- Once it hops away, you’ve revealed it and earned the event progress.
Best tip
The Tier I DOTS is often easiest to use because it is simpler to line up directly on the nest.
Extra note
Not every nest contains a Forest Minion, so sometimes you need to check several nests before one appears. Revealing them can also trigger ghost activity or other event effects, so be ready for a jump scare.
