The NBA All-Star Game has four quarters, just like a regular NBA game, and each quarter is 12 minutes long in the current “classic” East vs. West format.

Since 2024, the league returned to the standard timed format after a few years of experimenting with the Elam Ending and other twists, so the full game is 48 minutes of regulation play.
