How It Works

1. Stand squarely in the middle of the Jump-a-Tron.

2. Rotate your camera until the nest is lined up dead center.

3. Use the launcher and watch your ascent.

4. Right-click the slow-fall buff near the top of the jump so you fall into the nest.

5. If you miss, reset and try again; the timing is a little finicky.

Easier Method

If you just want the quest done, the simplest workaround is to use a flying mount or get a carry from someone who can reach the nest more easily. That was also noted in a walkthrough for the quest.

The quest is “Bring Me The Egg!” in Nagrand, and the whole gimmick is that the Jump-a-Tron gives you a launch plus a float effect, which you have to cancel midair to land correctly.
