how to do the close friend roblox
Roblox’s “close friend” feature is now usually called trusted friends or trusted connections , and both people have to agree to link their accounts. The basic idea is: verify your age, open the connection/trusted- friends area, and send or accept the request with a QR code or invite link.
How to do it
- Open Roblox and go to Settings or More , depending on your device.
- Find the trusted friends / connections area.
- Make sure both accounts meet the age requirement and complete age verification if Roblox asks for it.
- Use the QR code or share link option to send the request to your friend.
- Your friend has to open it and accept it on their side, and then the connection becomes active.
Important note
Being regular Roblox friends does not automatically make someone a trusted friend. You still have to complete the trusted-connection step separately.
Simple version
If you just meant adding a normal friend, go to the person’s profile and tap Add Friend. Roblox says the other player must accept before the friendship is confirmed.
Safety check
Only add people you actually know and trust, especially when using connection features that may unlock more access. Roblox’s support page says the feature depends on mutual agreement, which is meant to keep it controlled.
