How to get a new one

1. Go to the Nature Spirit’s grotto in Mort Myre Swamp.

2. Use the washbowl and mirror to get inside if needed, then enter the grotto area.

3. A replacement druid pouch respawns there near the grotto pool.

4. If you’re still on the quest, you normally receive it during Nature Spirit after helping Filliman.

If you need to refill it

• Use Bloom near logs, dead bushes, or branches in Mort Myre Swamp.

• Pick up the items that grow, then right-click the pouch to fill it.

• You usually need 3 nature items to fully charge it.

Quick note

The pouch is not bought from the Grand Exchange; it’s obtained through the quest area or reclaimed from the grotto.
