how to get facebook to show most recent posts first
To make Facebook show the most recent posts first, open the Feeds tab and choose Most recent. On desktop, this is usually under the left menu; on mobile, it’s in the menu section as Feeds.
Steps
- Open Facebook.
- Go to Feeds.
- Select Most recent.
Feed preferences
Facebook also lets you adjust Feed preferences from Settings and privacy if you want to prioritize specific people or pages. That won’t force everything into chronological order, but it can help surface certain accounts higher in your feed.
Note
Facebook’s main Feed normally uses ranking, so the Most recent view may need to be selected again if you return to the default home feed.
