How to select multiple objects in roblox btools
In Roblox Btools/F3X, the usual way to select multiple objects is to hold Ctrl and click each object you want, or hold Shift to select a continuous range of objects in the Explorer. If the objects are in the 3D view, you can also drag a selection box over them.
How it works
- Ctrl + click selects separate objects one by one.
- Shift + click selects everything between two items in a list.
- Drag-select works when the parts are visible in the viewport and you want to grab several at once.
If you want a cleaner setup
- Use the Explorer for precise multi-select.
- If you’re trying to select parts inside a grouped object, some building tools support Alt + click behavior for digging deeper into groups, though it can vary by tool version.
- Some tutorials and plugins also offer faster bulk selection for objects with matching names.
Practical example
If you want to edit three scattered parts, click the first one, hold Ctrl , then click the other two. If you want a whole run of parts in order, click the first, hold Shift , then click the last.
Quick note
Different Roblox building tools can behave a little differently, so the exact shortcut may depend on whether you’re using default Studio tools, F3X, or another Btools variant.
