To turn off auto reply on a Facebook Page, open your Page’s messaging tools, go to Inbox or Automations , then switch off Instant Reply or any other automated message you have enabled. Facebook’s help page says you can do this from your Page settings, and the Meta Business Suite flow also lets you toggle each automation off individually.
Steps
- Log into Facebook and switch into the Page you manage.
- Open Meta Business Suite or your Page’s Settings.
- Click Inbox.
- Open Automations.
- Find Instant Reply or another auto-response.
- Turn the toggle off.
Check other auto messages
Some Pages have more than one automation, such as:
- Instant Reply.
- Away Message.
- Custom automated responses.
If one reply is still sending, check the rest of the automation list and turn each one off one by one.
