To turn on the Roblox leaderboard, press Tab on PC while you’re in a game, or open the in-game menu and tap Leaderboard from the top-left hamburger menu. If you’re a creator

If you mean making a leaderboard appear in your own Roblox game, Roblox says you need a leaderstats folder inside each player, created when they join, so the game can display stats on the board. The folder must be named leaderstats exactly, in lowercase, or Roblox won’t recognize it.

Hidden by scripts

Sometimes the leaderboard is turned off by game scripts. Roblox Developer Forum posts note that PlayerList can be disabled with SetCoreGuiEnabled(Enum.CoreGuiType.PlayerList, false), which makes the leaderboard disappear until it’s re-enabled.
