how to unlock rpg-7 conrtact in roblox wanted

The RPG-7 in Roblox Wanted appears to be found as a weapon crate/static spawn rather than unlocked through a normal progression quest. One source says to go to Fort Imbridge , head to the tall tower, climb the stairs, and pick up the RPG-7 from the gunbox, then press Tab to equip it.
