how to upgrade helm of neitiznot osrs

The Helm of Neitiznot upgrades into the Neitiznot faceguard. To make it, you need to complete The Fremennik Exiles quest, have a basilisk jaw , and combine the jaw with the helm by speaking to Olaf the Bard while both items are in your inventory.

What you need

• Helm of Neitiznot

• Basilisk jaw

• Completion of The Fremennik Exiles

• 70 Defence to equip the faceguard

How it works

1. Finish The Fremennik Exiles.

2. Get a basilisk jaw.

3. Bring the jaw and your helm to Olaf the Bard.

4. Combine them to create the Neitiznot faceguard.
