Managing storage and files

  • Check your storage usage at the bottom-left (web) to see how much of your Google storage you’ve used.
  • To delete, select a file and choose Move to trash ; you can restore or permanently delete items from the Trash view.
  • For frequently used items, create shortcuts in different folders instead of duplicating files to save space.
