For a 7-day catch streak in Pokémon GO, the bonus is 2,500 XP and 3,000 Stardust on the seventh day, added on top of your normal catch rewards.

If you meant the older pre-bonus value, some older sources still list 2,000 XP, but the current Niantic help center shows 2,500 XP for the 7-day catch streak.
