what size is print then cut on cricut

On Cricut, Print Then Cut size depends on your paper size and Design Space settings. The current Cricut help page says the feature supports larger layouts and points users to page-size and auto-resize options; community and tutorial sources commonly report these approximate maximums: Letter 6.75 x 9.25, A4 6.8 x 9.32, Legal 7.44 x 12.93, Tabloid 9.5 x 15.93, and A3 10.55 x 15.43.

What that means

If you’re using a regular home printer, Letter paper is usually the limit, so your usable Print Then Cut area is about 6.75 x 9.25 inches.

If you have a larger-format printer and switch paper size in Design Space, you can go bigger on Tabloid or A3 paper.

Design Space may also auto-resize an image to fit the available print area.

Practical tip

For stickers or labels, size your artwork to stay inside the print area shown in Design Space rather than the full page size, because the registration marks take up space.

A simple way to check is to open Make It and let Design Space show the maximum allowed dimensions for that project.
