what temp should lasagna be

Cooked lasagna should reach an internal temperature of about 165°F (74°C) in the center to be safe and properly heated through. Most baked lasagna recipes cook the dish in an oven set around 350–375°F (175–190°C) until that internal temp is reached and the sauce is bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and lightly browned. For best texture, let the lasagna rest 10–15 minutes after it comes out of the oven so the layers can set before slicing.
