when do ulta points expire

Ulta points usually expire at the end of the calendar quarter, one year after they were earned. If you’re a Platinum or Diamond member, points do not expire while you keep that status.

How it works

• Regular members: points expire after 12 months, then at the end of that quarter.

• Platinum/Diamond members: points stay valid as long as you maintain that tier.

Example

If you earned points on November 1, 2025 , they would expire on December 31, 2026.

Where to check

Ulta says you can see expiring points on your receipt , in the mobile app , or in your Rewards statement email.
