when do you change the clocks
You change the clocks twice a year in most places that observe Daylight Saving Time:
- In many countries (like the US, Canada, much of Europe), clocks go forward one hour in spring (often the second or last Sunday in March, depending on the country).
- They go back one hour in autumn (often the first Sunday in November in North America, and the last Sunday in October in much of Europe).
A quick way to remember it is: “spring forward, fall back.” If you tell me your country/region, I can give you the exact typical weekend it happens there.
