You fight the Shadow of the protagonist at the end of Episode Aigis, after you reach the final door in the Abyss of Time. It’s the main story fight that comes right after the last stretch of the dungeon, and then the DLC moves on toward the true ending content.
If you meant the optional Joker fight , that’s different: Joker is unlocked later through Elizabeth’s request chain, after you defeat the Reaper and clear the Monad Chambers, and he’s the final optional boss there.
