where are the tkachuk brothers from

Both Matthew and Brady Tkachuk were born in Scottsdale, Arizona, and grew up mainly in the St. Louis area, specifically the suburb of Creve Coeur, Missouri.

They are American-born sons of former NHL star Keith Tkachuk, who was playing for the Phoenix Coyotes when they were born in Arizona. After Keith was traded to the St. Louis Blues, the family settled in suburban St. Louis, where the brothers spent most of their childhood and played for the St. Louis AAA Blues youth program.
