where does macy's thanksgiving parade start

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade currently starts at the intersection of West 77th Street and Central Park West on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City.

From there, the parade heads south along Central Park West to Columbus Circle, then continues along Central Park South and down Sixth Avenue toward Herald Square in front of Macy’s flagship store on 34th Street.
