where is my package

Where your package is depends on the carrier, but the fastest way to find out is to check your tracking number on the shipper’s tracking page. Major carriers say tracking updates show the latest scan, estimated delivery, and delivery proof when available.

What to check

  • Tracking number, then the carrier’s site or app.
  • Delivery notice or door tag, if one was left.
  • Photo proof of delivery or estimated delivery window, if your carrier offers it.

If it says delivered but you do not have it

  • Look around the delivery location, mailbox, porch, or building office.
  • Ask neighbors or anyone who may have accepted it.
  • Wait up to 36 hours in case the carrier marked it early, then contact the seller or carrier.

If tracking has not moved

Shipping delays can happen from carrier processing changes, port congestion, or seasonal disruptions, and package statuses may not update until the next scan.
