If you’re standing at the GE and facing south, you’re basically looking back toward Varrock and the route from the west bank area. That southern side is mostly the path/space between the GE and the city rather than a separate named location.

If you mean a specific spot for trading or meeting players “south of GE,” the usual landmark people mean is the Varrock west bank approach area. Older trading spots and route explanations commonly point players to that corridor between Varrock and the GE.
