where is the humidifier in a resmed 10
The humidifier on a ResMed AirSense 10 is built into the front of the machine as the HumidAir water chamber, not a separate add-on unit. You remove the chamber from the right side of the front of the device to fill it with distilled water and slide it back in when done.
Where to look
- On the front-right side of the AirSense 10.
- It sits inside the machine as a pull-out water tub.
- The humidifier chamber connects directly to the CPAP and hose.
How it works
- The chamber holds the water.
- The machine warms that water to add moisture to the air.
- Humidity settings are adjusted in the machine’s menu under My Options or Climate Ctrl.
Simple check
If you open the front-right section and see a removable water reservoir, that is the humidifier chamber. ResMed describes the AirSense 10 as having a built-in humidifier.
