Stubbe’s Haring is on the Singel canal at Haarlingersluis, right by Amsterdam Centraal Station, on the bridge over the canal. It’s also commonly described as being at Singel 8n, 1013 GA Amsterdam.

How to find it

• Exit Amsterdam Centraal.
• Head toward the Singel canal.
• Look for the herring stand on the bridge near Haarlingersluis.
