where is the united nations headquarters

The United Nations Headquarters is in New York City, in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan, on the east side of Manhattan along the East River in the United States.

It occupies a multi‑building complex on about 17–18 acres between First Avenue and the East River, roughly from East 42nd Street to East 48th Street.
