Go to a barbershop in Silvermoon City to edit your character’s appearance. In modern WoW, that’s where you change things like hair, face, skin color, and body type; you can’t change race or name there.

If you meant gear appearance

If you meant transmog instead of your character’s face/body, that is a different NPC/service from the barber, and you’d use a transmogrifier rather than the appearance-change barber.
