WHERE TO GET MY STREAM FIND CODE

You can usually get your stream key/code from your streaming platform’s creator dashboard, not from the chat app itself. For Twitch, it’s typically under Creator Dashboard → Settings → Stream , where you can show , copy , or reset the key if needed.

Twitch

1. Sign in on Twitch.
2. Open the Creator Dashboard.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Choose Stream.
5. Copy the Primary Stream Key or reveal it if it’s hidden.

YouTube

For YouTube, the stream key is found in YouTube Studio under the live streaming / encoder setup area, where you can copy or reset it.

Important

Keep your stream key private, because anyone with it can stream to your channel. If it’s exposed, reset it right away and use the new one.
