who created the latin american city model

Ernest Griffin and Larry Ford created the Latin American City Model (also called the Griffin–Ford Model) in 1980.

They developed it after studying the spatial structure and growth patterns of major Latin American cities, then later refined the model in a revised version published in the 1990s.
