Terry’s is currently owned through the French confectionery group CPK (Carambar & Co), which acquired the brand in 2016 via its shareholder Eurazeo and now markets it under Terry’s Chocolate Co in the UK. In 2025, CPK entered exclusive talks to be taken over by US-based Ferrara Candy Company (part of the wider Ferrero sphere), so if that deal completes, Ferrara would become the new corporate owner behind Terry’s Chocolate.
