You usually can’t see your Spotify Wrapped because of one of a few common issues: the app isn’t updated, the feature hasn’t rolled out to your account yet, you’re in the wrong place (or on the wrong platform), there’s a bug/cache problem, or your account simply doesn’t qualify for Wrapped that year.

Quick Scoop

Spotify Wrapped normally appears as a big banner on your Home or Search tab in the mobile app when it’s live, but that banner can be delayed, glitchy, or hidden if the app is outdated or your region gets the rollout later than others. Wrapped is also now designed mainly for the mobile app; full “story” view is often not supported on the web player anymore, so you might not see it in a browser even when it’s live.

Most common reasons

  • Outdated app version (one of the top reasons the Wrapped card never shows up at all).
  • Slow or unstable internet, which stops the Wrapped stories from loading properly.
  • Rollout delays: Spotify pushes Wrapped in waves, so some accounts see it hours or even a day later than others.
  • You’re logged into the wrong account (for example a second account with almost no listening history).
  • Your listening didn’t meet eligibility: Spotify typically needs at least 30 different tracks played for 30+ seconds from 5 artists over the year; very light or sporadic listening may mean no Wrapped recap at all.

How to try to pull it up

  • Open the mobile app and use the Search tab, then:
    • Look for the “Wrapped” tile at the top.
* Type things like “2025 Wrapped” or “Wrapped 2025” to jump into the hub and your playlists.
* On some devices, typing `spotify:datastories:wrapped` in the search bar opens the story directly.
  • On desktop, go to spotify.com/wrapped; it usually just redirects you back into the app, but it can help trigger the experience or at least show the playlists.

Fixes if it’s still not there

  • Update the app to the latest version from the App Store/Play Store (this alone fixes it for many people when Wrapped is current).
  • Log out and log back into the app to refresh your session and make sure you’re on the right account.
  • Clear app cache or reinstall the app if the banner or stories won’t load even though others can see theirs.
  • Check again later the same day during Wrapped week in early December—traffic and phased rollout mean some people simply see it later.

If you still never get it

Even when you don’t see the flashy stories, you can often still access:

  • “Your Top Songs [Year]” and similar playlists by searching “Wrapped” + the year in Spotify search.
  • Older Wrapped playlists from previous years in your Library if you saved them.

If all of that fails and others around you have Wrapped already, it’s very likely an eligibility or account-activity issue for this year rather than something you’re doing wrong.
