How it works

  1. Progress through the Delirium content in endgame maps.

  3. Put the amulet in the top slot and the three required Distilled Emotions in order.

Finding the right combo

You can usually hover over a passive node to see which three Distilled Emotions it needs. Some guides also mention holding Alt while hovering to inspect the node requirements more clearly.
