To check which cheques Service Canada has sent you, sign in to your My Service Canada Account (MSCA) and look for your payment history or benefit statement area. Service Canada’s account portal is the main online place to review your benefit payments and related records.

What to do

  1. Sign in to your My Service Canada Account.
  2. Open the section for your benefit or payment history.
  3. Look for entries showing issued payments, mailing details, or deposited amounts.
  4. If you receive payments by direct deposit, compare the payment history with your bank records.

Important note

If you’re actually looking for uncashed cheques from the CRA , that is checked through CRA My Account , not Service Canada. CRA has a specific “Uncashed cheques” area in its online account.

If the payment is missing

  • Confirm whether it was a Service Canada payment or a CRA payment.
  • Check whether it was sent by cheque or direct deposit.
  • Contact the responsible department if the payment was not received when expected.
