In Project Slayers , you get wanted to the Flame Trainer by unlocking Wop City and then finding Rengoku/ the Flame Trainer there; one guide says he stands right in front of you after you arrive in the city, and you need to be level 75 to talk to him.

What to do

  1. Reach the area tied to Wop City.
  2. Talk to the horse/teleport NPC to enter Wop City.
  3. Walk toward the main city area and look for Rengoku/Flame Trainer.
  4. Make sure you are level 75 before trying to interact with him.
