To mark a site as a favorite, open the site in your browser and use the bookmark/favorites option, usually the star icon in the address bar or the shortcut Ctrl+D. Then confirm the name and save location, and tap or click Done/Add.

By browser

  • Microsoft Edge: open the page, select the star or “Add this page to favorites,” then choose a folder and save it.
  • Chrome: open the page, click the star at the right of the address bar, and save the bookmark.
  • Safari: choose Add Bookmark from the toolbar or share menu, then save it to Favorites if you want it there.
  • Firefox: click the star in the address bar, rename it if needed, and finish saving.

Quick shortcut

  • Press Ctrl+D on most desktop browsers to open the save dialog faster.
