You cast Eclipse with Aghanim’s Scepter by targeting an allied hero or yourself ; the beams then follow that unit instead of being fixed to the ground.

How it works

  • On an ally: click the allied hero you want to center it on.
  • On yourself: cast it on Luna, and the Eclipse follows you.
  • On the ground: with Aghanim’s Scepter, you can also cast it on an area within range.

Practical tip

If Luna is about to die, casting it on an ally can keep Eclipse going longer, because the spell ends when the chosen unit dies.
