You generally can’t give or transfer non-limited Roblox items to another player. Roblox’s official trading system is for Limited and Limited U items only, and both players need Premium plus trading enabled.

What you can do instead

  • Buy the item for them : If the item is in the Avatar Shop and costs Robux, you can gift the value indirectly by giving Robux or using a gift card, then they buy it themselves.
  • Use a gift card : Roblox gift cards are the most common way to “gift” someone Robux or Premium.
  • Trade limited items only : This is the only direct item-to-item transfer Roblox officially supports.

Non-limited catalog items, clothing, and accessories do not have a direct player-to-player transfer feature.
