You can save a Facebook Reel by opening the Reel, tapping the three dots/Options menu, and choosing Save reel or Save video. Later, you can find it in Facebook’s Saved section.

On the Facebook app

  1. Open the Reel you want to keep.
  2. Tap Options.
  3. Tap Save reel or Save video.

Where to find it

  • Go to your profile or menu.
  • Open Saved.
  • Look for the reel there when you want to watch it again.

Useful note

If you want the Reel stored on your phone instead of just in Facebook, that is a different action: you’d use Download reel only for reels you shared yourself, not for every reel you view.
