Lazar’s account is usually summarized in two modes:

  • Omicron mode : used for hovering, takeoff, and slower movement. He says one emitter points downward to create lift, while another can project a distortion ahead of the craft.
  • Delta mode : the higher-performance mode. He says all three amplifiers focus on a single point ahead of the craft, and the disk rotates so its belly faces the direction of travel.
