Delilah, the American radio host, has had a total of 15 children in her life, including both biological and adopted children.

Several of those 15 children were adopted, and in interviews she has explained that she has “three biological” children and the rest adopted. Tragically, two of her sons, Sammy and Zachariah, have died, so she has said she has “13 here and a couple in heaven.”
