To add apps to an LG Smart TV, open the LG Content Store , search or browse for the app you want, then select Install. You’ll usually need an internet connection and, for some apps, an LG account.

Steps

  1. Press the Home button on your LG remote.
  1. Open LG Content Store or Apps from the home menu.
  1. Use the search icon to find the app, or browse categories.
  1. Select the app and choose Install.
  1. After it finishes, open it from your Home screen or installed apps list.

If an app is missing

  • Check that your TV is connected to Wi‑Fi.
  • Sign in with your LG account if prompted.
  • Some apps may not be available in every region, so changing region settings can sometimes help.
  • If the app still isn’t available, you can use an external streaming device instead.
