Open the Whatnot app, go to Seller Hub , tap Orders , select the order, then tap Cancel Order and confirm. Whatnot’s help center says sellers can cancel from Seller Hub in the app or on web, but only before the item is shipped or marked in transit.

Steps in the app

  1. Open the Whatnot app.
  2. Tap Seller Hub at the bottom.
  3. Tap Orders.
  4. Select the order you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel Order.
  6. Pick a reason, add a note if needed, and confirm.

Steps on web

  1. Go to Whatnot and open Seller Hub from your selling/account area.
  2. Open Orders.
  3. Select the order.
  4. In the order details, click Cancel Order.
  5. Choose the cancellation reason, add a buyer note, and confirm.

Important limits

  • You can only cancel as the seller if the order has not shipped yet.
  • If the buyer already submitted a cancellation request, you’ll see it as Pending Cancellation in Seller Hub, and you can accept or decline it.
  • Buyers can request cancellation before shipping, but the seller decides whether to approve it.
