Change language in Goose Goose Duck

Open the game’s Language button in the top-right corner of the main screen and pick the language you want. On mobile, that’s the direct way to switch the game language; on PC, the game may instead rely on lobby language filters rather than a full global language toggle.

PC method

If you’re on PC and don’t see a simple language switch, try the lobby filter route:

  1. From the main menu, click Play.
  2. Open the menu with the three-line button near Host.
  3. Choose Search Filter.
  4. Expand the language list, or select Any Language.
  5. Pick your preferred language.
  6. Click Apply to use it as the default search/lobby language.

Mobile method

On mobile, tap Language at the top-right of the screen and select the language from the list. If translations look incorrect, you can also use the game’s Report Bad translation option.

What to expect

Some versions may not change every part of the interface the same way, and PC players may mainly use language filtering to find rooms with the right language. If you still see the old language, restart the game after changing the setting.

TL;DR: Mobile has a direct language button; PC usually uses the lobby/search filter to set language preference.
