To change your Roblox icon, open the Creator Dashboard , choose the experience you want, then go to Places and open the start place’s Icon settings. Upload a square image, ideally 512×512 , then save your changes; Roblox says the icon must pass moderation before it shows publicly.

Steps

  1. Go to the Roblox Creator Dashboard.
  1. Select the experience you want to update.
  1. In the left menu, under Configure , click Places.
  1. Open the start place for that experience.
  1. Select Icon , switch the media type to image if needed, and upload your file.
  1. Click Save Changes and wait for moderation.

Best format

Roblox recommends using a square image at least 512×512 pixels so it stays clear at smaller sizes too.

Common issue

If it does not update right away, it may just be moderation delay or caching, so give it a few minutes and refresh.
