To check the Epicor pilot environment version , open Kinetic and go to Help and Support Center > About; the version number is shown there in the About section. In Classic view, the equivalent was under Help > About.

What to look for

  • In the Pilot environment, the About page should show the full Kinetic build/version currently deployed there.
  • If you’re comparing environments, Pilot and Third may be on a newer release than Live during upgrade windows.
