Here’s how to check your ballot status in Utah: go to Vote.Utah.gov and use the ballot-status lookup, or use the state’s Track My Ballot page to sign up for notifications and check whether your ballot was mailed, received, and counted.

What you need

To look up your ballot, Utah asks for your personal details and address, including:

  • First name.
  • Last name.
  • Date of birth.
  • Street address.
  • City.
  • Zip code.

What you can see

Utah’s ballot tracking lets you verify whether your mail ballot was:

  • Sent to you.
  • Received by election officials.
  • Counted.
  • Flagged for a problem such as a signature or return issue.

Extra option

You can also sign up for text, email, or phone alerts through Utah’s ballot-tracking system so you get updates automatically instead of checking manually.

If there’s a problem

If you don’t receive a ballot or the status looks wrong, Utah advises contacting your county clerk or elections office directly.
