Go to Settings in Roblox, open Account Info , and look for your Age Group under the personal details section. If you’ve already completed age check, it should show as Checked or display the age group Roblox assigned to your account.

Where to find it

  • On the website : click the gear icon, then Settings.
  • On the mobile app : tap More , then Settings.
  • On the PC app : tap More , then Settings , then Account Info.

What it means

Roblox uses the age group to place accounts into categories like 5–8, 9–12, 13–15, 16–17, 18–20, and 21+ to tailor features and safety settings. If your age group looks wrong, Roblox says you can use age check options such as facial age estimation or ID verification, with ID verification available only to users 13 and older.

If it’s not showing

If you don’t see a checked age group, you may need to complete the age check first. Roblox also notes that if facial age estimation is incorrect, you can update it through ID verification or parental controls in some cases.

TL;DR: Open Settings > Account Info and check the Age Group line there.
