Open Hood Customs and click the Inventory icon at the top of the screen, then type your code into the Enter Code box and press REDEEM.

A code only works if it is active and typed exactly as shown, including capitalization and any symbols.

If a code is something like UNBANWAVE!, you would paste it into the code box and hit REDEEM to get the reward.
